Due to hygiene, safety, and the delicate nature of jewellery, we do not accept returns on worn, used, or handled items.

To raise a request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Any request made after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or exchange.

What Happens After Verification?
Based on the assessment, Jewel Rasa will initiate:
- A Replacement: If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective
- A Refund to wallet: If the product is unavailable for replacement

Approved refunds to wallet will be processed within 7–10 business days.
What Is Not Eligible for Return/Refund?
- Used, worn, or tampered jewellery
- Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Missing or improper first-time unboxing video
- Items purchased during final sales, festive offers, combo deals, or heavy discounts (unless damaged/defective)
Return Shipping
- For incorrect or damaged items, Jewel Rasa will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, we will guide you on self-shipping, and eligible courier charges will be reimbursed upon submission of valid proof.
