Free Shipping on All Orders Whether prepaid or COD, Jewel Rasa offers free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery within metros and major cities: 3–5 working days
Delivery to other locations: 5–7 working days
Remote or non-serviceable areas: 7–12 working days

Packaging & Tracking

All jewellery is packed in premium protective packaging to maintain its condition during transit.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via email or SMS so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Non-Delivery or Delivery Marked as “Delivered”

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:
